APPLICATION INFORMATION

SPEEDLINE™ Pigmented White Lacquer Finish is fast drying

and provides excellent hiding. It is suitable for use on interior

cabinets and trim and interior metal surfaces.

Cabinets New Wood Trim Work

Doors Paneling

Stir well before using. Avoid lap marks by keeping a wet edge

at all times.

Application Equipment: Recommended for spray only.

Airless Spray: Use a fine finish tip 0.013” or larger.

Spray equipment must be handled with due care and in

accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. High

pressure injection of coatings into the skin by airless equipment

may cause serious injury.

Thinning: No thinning is required.

Permissible temperatures during application:

Material: 50 to 90ºF 10 to 32ºC

Ambient: 50 to 90ºF 10 to 32ºC

Substrate: 50 to 90ºF 10 to 32ºC

BASE/COLOR: 77-9710 Pigmented Gloss White Lacquer Finish

77-9720 Pigmented Semi-Gloss White

77-9730 Pigmented Satin White Lacquer Finish

COVERAGE: 350 to 450 sq. ft./gal.

(32 to 41 sq. m/3.78L)

Wet Film Thickness: 3.5 to 4.5 mils

Wet Microns: 89 to 114

Dry Film Thickness: 1 to 1.3 mils

Dry Microns: 25.4 to 33

DRYING TIME: Dry time @77ºF (25ºC); 50% relative humidity.

To Touch: 10 minutes

To Handle: 30 minutes

To Recoat: 30 minutes

To Full Cure: 24 hours

Drying times listed may vary depending on temperature, humidity, film

build, color, and air movement. If temperature is over 90ºF (32ºC), or

if high humidity exists, use a small amount of Lacquer Retarder.

CLEANUP: Lacquer Thinner

DANGER: Rags, steel wool or waste soaked with this product may

spontaneously catch fire if improperly discarded. Immediately after

use, place rags, steel wool or waste in a sealed water-filled container.
